When prospective buyers are looking for a new home, they either look for homes with the features they want or find a community they’d like to live in. The REALTORS® Association of Edmonton knew this information was available, but no one had yet combined it all on a single platform.

YEGisHome.ca changed that. The finished site draws streams of information from multiple sources (MLS®, Google Maps, and CTV News, to name a few) and presents that information in a clear, easy-to-understand, visually appealing interface. It even has a self-sufficient ad network component to allow for relevant, cost-effective advertising. As part of the team that designed and built this site, I helped create the most comprehensive community and real estate listing database in the capital region.
